Our experience and know-how in the application of EDM engineering and the production

Our wire and die-sinking EDM installations are of high quality.
With CAD systems that are coming up to the latest technical development we are
able to design and program everything from simple 2D contours down to
3D parts. Our interfaces: DXF, IGES, DWG, EXP, STP, VDM, Catia.
Fields of application: tool manufacturing, mould construction and piece-part
production
In many cases EDM can be applied as an alternative to mechanical manufacture.
Advantages of EDM: Machining of hardened, high-strength or tough materials, conductive
ceramics and the production of complex moulds and contours.

On request, we measure and document manufactured components using an optical
2D or CNC 3D measuring machine. This is done at our partner company Peter Feckl Maschinenbau GmbH situated on the same premises.
